how concrete base was built. The process: included the layiout of the shape, the placement of the steeel and finally how it was poured, smoothed and finished.

The day before the final instalation the artistinspected the base and cemented in the granite title plaque.

The plaque was fabricated by Watson Memorial on South Quebec Street just a few blocks where the artist grew up. Watson Memorial also made the stones for the artist's Grandparents and Father.
